Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! These flowers decided to pop their heads up in my front garden today. It feels like spring, and it’s exactly what I needed after a super challenging (but super rewarding) exam in physiology.
I’m thinking – just thinking – that maybe I might go the Physician’s Assistant route while I’m doing the whole back-to-school thing and earn the privilege to write prescriptions while I’m at it. Could it happen?!?!?
Until then, I’m putting studying aside and celebrating St. Patty’s with a spinach and sauerkraut salad and a yummy roast beef sandwich that I can’t wait to share! Not to mention I’m pretty sure I need to make this gluten-free Irish soda bread. Thanks to Kim C from Affairs of Living for the link and delicious description on Facebook!
Leaving all of you lovely people with a quote I’m thinking a lot about during Lent (courtesy of Kay Warren‘s FB page):
“When God seems absent from us He is often doing His most important work in us.” Author Unknown
